Friendly computer support

Computer help without the tech talk.

Need a hand with a computer, email, printer, Wi-Fi, or a new device? I offer patient, one-on-one help for people who would rather talk to a real person than spend hours trying to figure it out alone.

Help is available in person around Colorado Springs and nearby areas, or remotely when that is easier. We will take it one step at a time.

Everyday computer help

Support for the things that should not feel so hard.

This is a good fit for older adults, family members, and anyone who wants a trusted person to explain their technology clearly.

New computer setup

Get a new laptop or desktop ready to use, move through the important settings, and make sure the basics feel familiar.

Email and online accounts

Sort out email, account access, password resets, and the everyday settings that should not be a frustrating mystery.

Printers, Wi-Fi, and updates

Work through common connection problems, software updates, slowdowns, and the small issues that interrupt your day.

Video calls and everyday apps

Learn how to use the tools you want for calls, photos, documents, shopping, appointments, and staying in touch.

Suspicious messages and pop-ups

Get a second set of eyes on something that looks wrong, then take practical steps to keep your accounts and computer safer.

Patient one-on-one guidance

Ask questions, take notes, and learn as we go. The goal is to leave you more comfortable using your own computer.

Straightforward pricing

Remote help costs less. In-person help is there when it matters.

Remote sessions keep the cost down because there is no travel or appointment window at your home. A local visit is best when a device needs hands-on setup or the issue cannot be reached online.

The session price is confirmed before we begin. Additional in-person time is $89 per hour, billed in 15-minute increments. A travel fee may apply outside Colorado Springs. Hardware, replacement parts, data recovery, and third-party subscriptions are quoted separately.

Hands-on help in Colorado Springs for setup, Wi-Fi and printer issues, or problems that cannot be solved remotely.

Simple from the start

Start with the problem, not a list of technical terms.

You do not need to know the right name for the issue before asking for help. Just explain what you were trying to do and what changed.

01

Tell me what is happening

Use the contact form to describe the problem in your own words. A photo or exact error message can help, but it is not required.

02

Choose the easiest way to meet

We can arrange local, in-person help in Colorado Springs and nearby areas or a remote session when that makes more sense.

03

Work through it together

I explain what we are doing in plain language and keep you involved, so the next time feels a little easier.

Remote support, clearly explained

A remote session is always your choice.

Remote help works best when the computer can get online and you are available by phone or email. If the internet is down, a cable needs to be plugged in, or the device needs physical repair, an in-person visit or a repair shop may be the better next step.

01

We agree on the problem and the session price before connecting.

02

You start the session by using a one-time code or invite that you requested.

03

You can watch the screen, ask questions, and end the session at any time.

04

No unattended access, passwords, banking details, or financial transactions.

Privacy and peace of mind

You stay in control of your computer.

Remote help is only provided with your permission and while you are present. Please do not send passwords, banking information, or other private details through the contact form.
