ADA compliance pricing

Accessibility work priced by what needs fixing.

Every site has a different number of real barriers. These are starting prices for the three most common scopes, from a quick audit to full ongoing coverage.

These are starting points, not locked quotes.
Tell me your budget and I'll tell you honestly what's realistic for it.
You can start with just the audit and decide on remediation after.
I'd rather scope something that fits than pad a number to look impressive.
Pricing

Three starting points, priced honestly.

Think of these as a floor, not a fixed quote. The right number depends on site size and how many real barriers the audit turns up.

Audit

$750

Know exactly where you stand.

  • Automated and manual WCAG review across key pages and templates
  • Keyboard and screen-reader testing on core flows
  • A prioritized report: what's a real risk vs. a minor issue
  • No obligation to book remediation through me to get the report

Most common starting point

Remediation

$2,000

Fix what the audit finds.

  • Implementation of fixes: contrast, structure, keyboard access, forms
  • Retesting to confirm each fix actually resolves the issue
  • Works from your existing audit or one I run first
  • Plain-language notes on what changed and why

Review Accessibility
Ongoing hourly work
$95/hr

  • Small fixes that don't need a full remediation pass
  • Answering a specific accessibility question or complaint
Common questions

What clients usually ask before starting.

Does this guarantee I won't get sued?

No one can honestly promise that — but fixing real WCAG barriers meaningfully reduces your risk and shows a documented, good-faith effort, which matters if a complaint ever comes in.

Do I need the audit before remediation?

It's the more thorough path, but if you already know the issues — from your own review or someone else's audit — we can go straight to fixing them.

What standard do you test against?

WCAG 2.1/2.2 at the AA level, which is the standard most commonly referenced in ADA-related website complaints.

How long does remediation take?

Depends on the size of the site and what the audit finds. I'll give you a real timeline once I know the scope, not a generic estimate.

Not sure how big the problem is?

Start with the audit — it's the cheapest way to find out what's actually wrong and what it'll take to fix it.
